Conference Book Offer

    Four books related to Conference strands are available with Conference Registration. Each book is $20 with Early Registration. The Registration process gives flexibility in selecting the number of books to be purchased.

    Books MUST be ordered with Early Registration and either Payment MUST be made or Purchase Order MUST be sent by September 21, 2008.

    Books MUST be picked-up at the Conference.
