Educator's Awards

Winners will be announced in June

CECA has established an award to recognize excellence in the application of technology to classroom learning. Each year CECA will grant up to three (3) awards of $1,500 each. $1,000 is given to the individual teachers to be used as they wish and $500 is presented to the teachers to use at their schools to help them disseminate information about their project or to defray the costs of integrating technology. Tech Expo

CECA also sponsors an Educational Technology Exposition at the Connecticut State Legislative Office Building each spring. Students and teachers from public schools around the state come to demonstrate to legislators great teaching and learning using technology. Click here to learn more.

CECA Book Service
The CECA Book Service offers quality books targeted at “improving teaching and learning through the effective use of technology” The CECA Book Service is for CECA members only. Books are offered at reduced prices (generally about 30%) with all associated costs minimized.
